On June 16, Huashang Daily Gale News released that a Country Garden community in Weinan was still using temporary power for two years, and the owners were miserable after frequent power outages during the peak period of electricity consumption.
The reporter of Huashang Daily Gale News learned that the Weinan Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has convened electricity, developers, construction parties and other units to solve the formal electricity problem of the community as soon as possible in the near future.
According to reports, a total of 1,710 houses on the 25th floor of the Country Garden Chunfeng South Bank Project are planned to be developed in three phases, with 10 buildings and 454 households in the first phase of the project, which have been delivered and used formal electricity; The second phase of the project, 7 residential buildings and 609 units, all of which will be delivered in November 2023, have not been officially connected to electricity; The third phase of the project has 8 buildings under construction, with a total of 647 units, which have not been sold to the public.
On June 17, in response to the reasons for the frequent power outages of the second phase of the Country Garden Chunfeng South Bank project, the staff of the Weinan Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau told the Gale News reporter of Huashang Daily that since the delivery of the house in November 2023, due to Party A's financial difficulties and other reasons, the temporary electricity consumption has not been converted to formal electricity consumption for the time being. In this regard, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has repeatedly issued rectification notices and supervision orders, urging Country Garden Company to solve the problem, but the company has not really proposed a feasible solution on the grounds of lack of funds.
As early as June 11, the leaders in charge of the Weinan Municipal Government presided over a special meeting on the work of guaranteeing the delivery of housing attended by the departments of housing construction, public security, courts, electric power, letters and visits, etc., to study and solve the power problem of the Country Garden Chunfeng South Bank Project and put forward specific measures. After the meeting, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau immediately negotiated with the Linwei District Power Supply Bureau to propose a temporary electricity transitional transformation plan, by adding a group of cables, to solve the problem of small temporary cable diameter and insufficient capacity, increase the load of the line, ensure the normal power supply of power supply facilities, and meet the electricity needs of residents. At present, the renovation work has been completed, the load of power facilities is stable, and the electricity consumption of the community is stable and normal.
It is reported that the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has convened electric power, developers, construction parties and other units to coordinate with the Weinan Intermediate People's Court and the Linwei District Court to solve the measures and measures for the formal use of electricity on the south bank of Chunfeng through judicial channels on the basis of ensuring the normal supply of temporary electricity in the community, and strive to quickly solve the practical problems of the formal electricity consumption of the community and the people's livelihood.
On June 18, the reporter interviewed the Weinan Country Garden Property Center, and the staff said that a cable has been added to the community to basically meet the use of the owners.
Subsequently, the reporter contacted the owner, Ms. Li, and she introduced that since the addition of a cable (June 14), the power in the community is normal, and there is no power outage. At the same time, the owners have also received a reply from the Weinan Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Weinan Municipal Bureau of Letters and Visits, and the relevant government departments are convening the power bureau, developers, power facility builders and other units to solve the formal electricity problem as soon as possible.
